The end result, I can highly recommend all three of those agencies. All three attacked my situation from different angles and had different approaches and suggestions. I learned more about my situation and how to gain citizenship and the different options open to us on each call. On several occasions the call would have been cut short would I not have known enough about my own situation and kept coming with questions. Remember to see spending that money as an investment into your future and not as a necessary expense. I came to John about two months ago when my visa application was about to be refused and I got only 3 weeks to fix it. John worked amazingly hard to help me with all the files (yes, there were tons of them) within only 2 weeks and today I got my visa granted. After seeking multiple quotes for a PR189 Visa, NZ Stream, John was by far the most reasonable by around $3000 cheaper. HIs professionalism, quick response to questions and reassurance during the visa application is what stands out for me. Consulted him initially because I was unsure if I was eligible for a particular visa (485), and have been told by multiple parties that it was not possible but John dispelled the myth and confusion with his accurate knowledge of the requirements. He convinced me that it was possible and he has previously done it for other clients with the similar situation. (I liked how he charged 50% of his agent fee first and will only collect the other 50% when the visa is granted/full refund if it does not go through.) I trusted John with the application process and it went very smoothly Alas, I was granted my visa within 1 month of applying! I was recommended John by my friend and engaged his service. You might think with this excellent google rating, this agent must be incredibly good at what he does. You bet! I have dealt with so many visa agents and have been let down by many of them. John is not one of them. The quality of his service is by far the BEST in business. Can't recommend them enough. The reason comes down to competence. John really knows his stuff, replies promptly, and you can tell he really wants to get the desired result(s). Out of the many immigration agents I emailed, only 2 responded to my query. John was the quickest(within hours) and the only one to actually answer my question. Highly recommended agent. Just got my partner visa approved. We were expecting the approval to take at least around 1 year given the country of origin and some issues with my partner's passport. A big thumb up!!! For people who are searching the right agent to deal with visas, john is definitely the one. Talking from my personal experiences, I was seeking for immigration agents' help for a long time before I got known John's contact number. I literally tried the 80% of the list of immigration agents in Perth recommended by google either by calling or by paying some consultation fees. To be honest, the half of their suggestions is after more money spent on the services and the other half is just simply "the blind leading the blind". I spoke (I was testing them on how much the knew about migration law )to three different migration agent and all had to call the migration office to ask about the migration law.
